Frank van den Berg is head of the Centre of Expertise in Learning and Teaching (CELT) at the University of Twente, the Netherlands. With 20 educational specialists CELT supports teachers, staff and programme directors with designing, implementing, evaluating and further improving lectures, courses and programmes. In addition CELT delivers programmes for teacher professionalization. In the past Frank was a senior educational consultant, and helped with the design and implementation of the innovative educational programme at the University College Twente, the design and implementation of the programme International Business Administration and the redesign and implementation of the programme Health Science. Frank also has extensive experience as teacher trainer and as teacher in Management, HRM and management skills.
